NorthShore now provides great care even when you can’t make it to our office. Using this information, and other details provided during the visit, the team can make a diagnosis and offer a treatment plan, including prescriptions - if needed.
This portable medical exam kit allows you to capture physical exam data, like heart and lung sounds or ear and throat pictures, and share it, using your smart device, with the NorthShore Immediate Care team from the comfort and safety of your home. TytoCare is a handheld exam kit used to enhance the NorthShore video visit experience. If you require emergency medical attention, please call 911 to access your local emergency services. Additionally, each of our emergency rooms offers a minimum of 4 Fast Track settings for minor injuries. Each location is equipped with a cardiac catheter lab to provide emergent cardiac intervention. Our emergency rooms are staffed with specialists board-certified in emergency medicine.
Patients needing lab work can conveniently go to any of our centers for routine specimen collection such as blood, urine and throat cultures as ordered by their physician. NorthShore offers convenient, accessible and high quality laboratory services when and where you need them.
